NO Churn Pineapple Ice Cream

This is a simple 3 ingredient no churn ice cream. No ice cream maker? No problem this recipe uses three simple ingredients folded by hand.

If you love pineapple and homemade ice cream, you'll love this rich and creamy recipe.


1 ripe pineapple 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon Pineapple flavoring (optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Peel and cut pineapple in bite size pieces, discarding the core. 2. Place in a blender and blend until smooth. 3. Place in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened. Place aside to cool. 4. Beat heavy whipping cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form. 5. Place sweetened condensed milk and extract (if using) in a bowl. Add half of the whipped cream. 6. Fold to combine. 7. Add the remaining cream and fold again. Add the puree and fold. 8. Place ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container. I used a 9x5 loaf pan. Cover and freeze until set, at least 4 hours, overnight is preferable.
