What services do you offer?
Chef Mai specializes in intimate luxury brunch and dinner parties with an emphasis on elegant seafood creations. The service starts with a three (3) course menu. Additional courses can be added. Our menu includes a choice of hors d'oeuvres, soup, salad, main entree with vegetable and starch, or dessert.
Services we do NOT offer:
We no longer offer meal prep services.
We have designed a tiered service to help you select the event package you prefer.
All packages start with a choice of three courses.
The starting fee is $900.
Pricing starts at:
$125 per person “The Artiste” I understand that this is a special occasion. Some clients want to use their best China and enjoy creating a tablescape, which is completely fine. You or your planner creates the tablescape. You want to supply the table settings for your meal: floral decor, candles, chargers, flatware, serveware, plates and/or bowls and water glasses. _________________________
$150 per person “Elevated Service” We supply the table settings: floral decor, candles, chargers, flatware, serveware, plates and/or bowls and water glasses. We do not supply wine glasses or utilize linens. If you would like a specialty item, we will happily rent, pick up, and drop it off for you at an additional cost. _________________________
$175 per person “Ultimate Service (Top Tier)” In addition to the elevated service, The service includes a (non-alcoholic) welcome drink, amuse bouche (palate teaser), sparkling water, and a sweet parting treat.
What is the minimum fee for an event?
There is a $900 minimum for all party sizes.
How do I reserve my preferred date?
To reserve your preferred date, book as soon as possible. Once the menu is finalized you will be sent an invoice, where you can pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
How far in advance do I need to book a private event service?
Book at least two weeks in advance so we can thoughtfully plan your event. If you have a specific date in mind, the sooner you reserve your date, the better.

What we will discuss during the call?
On the call, we will verify date availability, menu selection, specific requests, and specifications.
What does the service include?

· Recipe & Menu Revisions,
· Customized Menu Planning for your preferences/dietary restrictions,
· Meal Planning Time,
· Grocery Shopping Time,
· Food Cost (premium produce and protein from Prime Grocers & Markets),
· Preparation Time,
· Set-up Time,
· Customized Printed Menus,
· Equipment: we bring and utilize our own cookware and supplies.
· Cooking Time,
· Assistant(s), is provided for parties of seven (7) or more depending on menu.
· Mileage and Travel,
· Clean up Time
What service style do you offer?
We offer plated, family style or buffet style service.
Plated: Each course is plated individually and brought to the table by a server.
Family Style: Each course is beautifully placed on a platter. A server will set the platter in the center of the table so each guest can select items to enjoy a meal of their choosing.
Buffet: Each course is set on an island or designated table. Guests will select items to create a meal of their choice, then return to the dining room table to enjoy.
We will recommend a service based on the menu and atmosphere you would like to create.
How many guests do you accommodate?
We accommodate up to 20 guests.
When can we book an event?
You can book an experience Monday – Sunday. There is an additional fee during Holidays.
Upon booking, you will be sent an invoice via email. Payments are sent through our management system and can be paid online.
