What services do you offer?

Chef Mai specializes in intimate luxury brunch and dinner parties with an emphasis on elegant seafood creations. The service starts with a three (3) course menu.  Additional courses can be added. Our menu includes a choice of hors d'oeuvres, soup, salad, main entree with vegetable and starch, or dessert.

Services we do NOT offer:

We no longer offer meal prep services.

We have designed a tiered service to help you select the event package you prefer.

All packages start with a choice of three courses.

Pricing starts at:

  • $125 per person “The Artiste”  I understand that this is a special occasion. Some clients want to use their best China and enjoy creating a tablescape, which is completely fine. You or your planner creates the tablescape. You want to supply the table settings for your meal: floral decor, candles, chargers, flatware, serveware, plates and/or bowls and water glasses. _________________________

  • $175 per person “Elevated Service” We supply the table settings: floral decor, candles, chargers, flatware, serveware, plates and/or bowls and water glasses. We do not supply wine glasses or utilize linens. If you would like a specialty item, we will happily rent, pick up, and drop it off for you at an additional cost.

What is the minimum fee for an event?

There is a $500 minimum for all party sizes.

How do I reserve my preferred date?

To reserve your preferred date, book as soon as possible. Once the menu is finalized you will be sent an invoice, where you can pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date.

How far in advance do I need to book a private event service?
