I realized I have new subscribers so I want to introduce myself.
A little back story, I’ve always loved to eat. 😀 I love to explore different flavors from various cuisines. I was able to enjoy many cultures growing up in New York. I had such an interest in food, that I wanted to attend culinary school after High School. It wasn't destined to happen at that time, but I went on to college/grad school to study Information Technology. I still enjoyed cooking, more than I enjoyed my IT career. I worked in the industry for 10 years before I decided enough is enough! I have to live out my passion for cooking, so I set out to attend culinary school. I graduated with honors woo-hoo! 😊 After graduation, I quit my cushy six figure 9-5 and took a leap of faith in the culinary world. BIG TRANSITION 😩
I've learned a lot over the years from working in hotels, restaurants and with caterers. I enjoy creating personalized experiences for clients celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I love to see the way food brings family and friends together.
